Ok so not really but first coast news did come and interview us for a story about The Elisabeth Project on Saturday night at the benefit show at Murray Hill. It was pretty cool although they’re probably going to cut me out because I sounded like I didn’t know what I was talking about haha. Anyway I couldn’t even hear myself talk because of all the noise so I don’t even remember really what I said except about sexual abuse statistics. But anyway Jodi, Cana and I were able to talk for a short time during the show and sold some more t-shirts and bracelets to raise more money for sexual abuse awareness. It was again, a very awesome experience. I am also excited that we added Bethany to our Elisabeth project team. She’ll be going to as many of our benefits as possible doing our photography.

So The Elisabeth Project has its first appearance this Saturday at Veteran’s Memorial Park at 11:00 am. 12 left is also going to be in concert! Come check them out and hear us on our first speaking event. We are so excited to see what God has in store for this ministry. It’s so awesome because years ago my dad started a non-profit organization called F.L.A.M.E. (family life association for ministry and education) and we are able to use it with this ministry. He always told my mom he had a vision for the ministry and wanted his kids to be able to use it one day. Basically The Elisabeth Project started with a vision from Cana then she asked if her family could help and be a part of it. We now have so many people involved helping and I believe that God can be blessed through it. Also our vision is to raise awareness to sexually abused victims to seek the help they deserve and to help parents learn how to effectivly protect their children from potential abusers.
